Members of the Milford Police Department were dispatched to a local home at approximately 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 4, where there was a reported burglary.
According to police, the investigation into the burglary determined that 26-year-old Milford resident Christopher Carr allegedly broke into the home of a family member through the front window and took cash from inside the residence.
The investigation led to the arrest of Carr, who was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny. Carr is being held in lieu of $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court later this month to answer the charges.
